Forensic Animation
What is Forensic Animation?
Forensic Animation is a graphical representation of a specific incident often involving serious injury or death. A variety of hardware and software is used to create animation that can be included as part of a larger courtroom presentation. This presentation can be used to help give a clearer understanding of the situation in question. Forensic Animation should be considered for all phases of litigation including evaluation, arbitration, mediation, and trial.

How will Forensic Animation help my case?
Graphics can communicate in an instant what it would take paragraphs of text to explain. Utilizing high end 3D graphics and animation can communicate on an emotional level while providing a technically accurate recreation of the incident.
A 1992 study, known as the Weiss-McGrath report found:
“A one-hundred percent increase in juror retention of visual over oral presentations and a six-hundred percent increase in juror retention of combined visual and oral presentations over oral presentations alone.” (Source: Weiss-McGrath report, 1992)
