Digital Tap client Care Animal Hospital was in the news today after they received a lost dog, Cooper, and it turns out Cooper is from Sacramento, California! Cooper had been missing for two years and was recovered in Brandon, Florida on the side of the road in the pouring rain. Cooper will be reunited with his Sacramento family on Monday thanks to Care Animal Hospital and animal-microchip company, HomeAgain.
